The Structure of Mastery Coaching

We are about to begin an exciting and productive process together…

When you register for coaching you will be sent the Business and Practice Analysis Questionnaire. Often just filling out the form gives many prospective Mastery Coaching clients new opportunities for profit, increasing personal income and increased productivity for themselves and their staff.  It is the first step and allows me to understand you and your business/practice better.  The questionnaire should be completed by you prior to our phone interview.  Once completed, please send all pages of the questionnaire to me:

Once received, my office will phone yours to schedule your interview into Mastery Coaching. Please understand that Mastery Coaching has considerable experience eliminating the problems most chiropractors have as well as the expertise to help you create the practice that you want.  That experience creates a very specific point of view;  that both business and practice problems are caused by the absence of a number of “essentials.”  The “essentials” are:

  1. Vision: what you are really trying to create and why you want to create it…specific objectives that have a backbone so you will pursue them.
  1. Skills and Abilities: what you need to be, do and have to own the certainty that you can “do it.”
  1. Motivation: the drive needed to overcome inertia, procrastination and complacency.
  1. Resources: determining the human and material resources that you will need to accomplish your vision.
  1. Information: what needs to be done and how to do it.
  1. Systems: the process and procedures through which that information is implemented in the practice to produce practical and quantifiable results.
  1. Identification of key concerns: to establish priorities for correction. 
  1. A Plan: to establish, in time, what needs to be done, by whom, over what period of time, etc.
  1. Desire: without a willingness to have what it is you say you want, the discipline to do what it takes to get it is often missing…what will it take to get you to follow your plan?
  1. Determining your Strengths: it is much easier to ride a horse in the direction that it is going in…everyone focuses on fixing weaknesses is in violation the Law of Attraction. We will help you find your strengths and help you capitalize on them…on purpose, and by design.
What has been found to be true is that most practitioners are paying dearly for the absence of the “essentials” in the only way they can…by working much too hard for much too little.  Mastery Coaching will help you determine, clarify and reach your personal, business and practice objectives.  We will to help you be, do and have whatever you want.  Clear objectives are vital to your success and we will help you formulate a plan to accomplish them.  That plan must be as unique as you are.  You are already successful and we will build on that success to get you where you want to go.  Your willingness to have what you say you want creates the discipline necessary to see your objectives realized.
